Camp David is a high-intensity, fat-burning boot camp that can transform you into a leaner, more muscular YOU! 

We use sandbags, towels, clubbells, kettlebells, bands, and even just your own bodyweight  to shape you into a fat-burning machine.
 
This workout is for everyone from the fitness novice to the advanced athlete. Classes meet twice a week at H.E.R.O. Fitness in Lincoln Park.
